Fulfillment Update - 95% Done!

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a quick fulfillment update.
After wiring additional funds to the fulfillment company, I'm happy to report that all physical pledges were shipped last week. The only exceptions are orders from backers who completed their pledge manager surveys a little later than everyone else. Those remaining orders should be going out this week.
For our Hawaii backers, thank you again for your patience. As mentioned previously, I'm waiting for the Clowder tokens to arrive in Los Angeles before I can ship your rewards. Once they arrive, I'll get them on their way as quickly as possible.
On the digital side, download codes for Cat Tree and Sunbeam Catnap should be arriving in your inbox right about now. 🎉 The final Companion Game, Cat Paper Scissors, is still receiving its finishing touches and should be sent out within the next week or so.
If you have any questions, concerns, or run into any issues with your rewards, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to help.

Clowder Tokens Fulfillment Update

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a quick fulfillment update.
Last week, all of the Clowder Token Collection items arrived at the fulfillment center, and I submitted the shipping orders over the weekend. That's the good news!
The less exciting news is that shipping costs came in significantly higher than expected. As a result, not all packages have shipped yet. To keep everything moving, I wired additional funds to the fulfillment center tonight. Hopefully, the remaining packages will begin going out next week.
For our backers in Hawaii, not sure if I mentioned this before, we have a slightly different situation. We need to wait for the Clowder tokens to arrive in Los Angeles before we can ship your rewards. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we coordinate that final step.
As for the three Clowder Companion Games PNP files, we are very close to the finish line. The designers and I are wrapping up the final details, and I hope to have the files ready for distribution within the next two weeks. Once they're ready, you'll receive instructions on how to access and download them.
Thank you all for your patience, support, and enthusiasm throughout this project. It's always exciting to see a project move from an idea to production and finally into your hands.

Production Update + KublaCon Weekend!

Hi everyone,
Great news — the Clowder tokens and tote bags are officially made! 🎉
They are expected to arrive at the fulfillment center sometime this week or early next week, which means we should still be on track to begin shipping in early June. It’s incredibly exciting to see this project moving so quickly from campaign to production to fulfillment.
I also wanted to mention a small packaging typo ahead of time so no one is surprised when rewards arrive. One of the packing labels for the Kickstarter-exclusive pack of 10 lavender paw tokens has an error. The pack is for Toby, but the label accidentally printed “Haru” instead. The SKU is also correct. This was my mistake when preparing the files, not the printer’s, so please don’t worry if you see that mismatch when your rewards arrive, you’ll still receive the correct token pack.
On another note, are any of you in the Bay Area? I’ll be at KublaCon this weekend, playtesting Rascally Rabbits and demoing Cat Sudoku: Summer Festival and Cat Rescue. If you’re attending, please come by to play a game or just stop by to say hi. I’d love to see you there :)
And if you’re interested in trying Rascally Rabbits but the event slots are full or the scheduled times don’t work for you, please let me know. I’ll see what I can do. 🐰

🐾 Survey Sent + Production Update

Happy Friday!
The pledge manager surveys have officially been sent out! Thank you again for your patience and support as we move into the next stage of the project.
We’ve also added the Cat Sudoku: Four-Season Playmat as an optional add-on in the pledge manager. This item is currently available only within the United States.
Another special add-on available is the giant Cat Sudoku Table-Size Playmat. This playmat is huge and will need to ship separately from the rest of your rewards. Normally, shipping for the playmat alone would cost around $25–$35. However, because we placed a cap on shipping during the campaign, most backers will only pay around $20–$25 total, including both their pledge rewards and the playmat shipment.
So far, about 47% of backers have completed their surveys. Thank you! If you haven’t filled yours out yet, please take a moment to do so when you can. It really helps us stay on schedule.
I also checked in with the printer last night. The good news is that the tote bags are finished! 🎉 We are still waiting on the Clowder tokens, and I’ll continue to keep everyone updated as production progresses.
Right now, the estimated timeline to lock orders is about 1–2 weeks. Shortly after that, we’ll process payments for add-ons and shipping.

🐾 Campaign Complete with 160% Funded!

Hi All :)
The campaign has officially come to an end, and we finished at 160% funded. Thank you all so much for being here and for your generous support. I’m incredibly grateful and truly excited to bring the Clowder Token Collection to life and deliver it to you.
You may remember that we moved the fulfillment timeline forward from October to June. That does mean we’re working on a tighter schedule, but I’m happy to share that things are already moving quickly and in the right direction. We’re ready for it.
The pledge manager is expected to open in early May (maybe end of April). Once it goes live, Kickstarter late pledges will be closed. We plan to process shipping and pledge manager add-on payments before the end of May and begin fulfillment in early June. The Companion Games PNP editions will also be ready before June for you to download, and they will be included in your pledge manager if you have pledged them.
As for production, things are already well underway. Quotes and graphics for the tokens and tote bags have been approved, and the pre-production tote bag was approved just yesterday.
Starting today, we are officially in production. At this point, about 99% of everything is on track to be ready to ship by June.
The next update will most likely come around the time the pledge manager becomes available. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to message me or reach out via email anytime.
